Welcome to detouristplanner These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our tours and using our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Code of Conduct

1. Unethical Behavior:
   Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct during the trip. Any form of misbehavior, including but not limited to:

   • Harassment or disrespect toward locals or fellow group members

   • Use of abusive language

   • Consumption of illegal drugs or substances
     will result in immediate termination from the tour without warning. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

2. Prohibited Items:
   The possession of illegal or prohibited items, including weapons, is strictly forbidden during the trip. Violators will be removed from the tour without refund.

3. Respect for Culture and Environment:

   • Participants must respect local cultures, religions, beliefs, and practices.

   • No form of conflict, violence, or disrespect (verbal or physical) will be tolerated.

   • Our trips are environmentally friendly. Any damage to the environment will result in strict action.

Trip Alterations and Cancellations

1. Changes to Itinerary:

   • Trip plans may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other factors deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of participants.

   • detouristplanner reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice and will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

2. Cancellation by detouristplanner:

   • We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason deemed appropriate. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of the advance amount paid.

3. Cancellation by Participants:

   • • Advance amount will be adjusted & can be usable in next 6 months in any trip.
     • 7 Days Before The Departure, 100% advance amount adjustment. 
     • 3 Days Before The Departure, 50% Deduction & remaining will be adjusted.
     • Less Than 3 Days Before The Departure, 100% Deduction.
     • No Amount Will Be Refunded To The Clients If They Cancel The Tour After Departure.

Safety and Liability

1. Unforeseen Risks:

   • While we take every possible precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, certain risks inherent to adventure travel (e.g., avalanches, crevasse falls, rock/mud sliding, or other natural disasters) cannot be eliminated.

   • detouristplanner, its organizers, and tour managers will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from such unforeseen events.

2. Personal Belongings:

   • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. detouristplanner will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.

3. Vehicle Safety:

   • On mountainous roads, the vehicle’s air conditioning may be turned on or off intermittently to prevent overheating. This is a standard safety measure, and participants are requested to cooperate.

Insurance

• Our trips are not insured by default. While we prioritize safety and take all necessary precautions, participants are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents, accidents, or emergencies.

General Guidelines

1. Respect for Local Practices:

   • Participants must adhere to local customs, traditions, and laws. Disrespect toward cultural, religious, or political practices will not be tolerated.

2. Environmental Responsibility:

   • We are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly travel. Littering, damaging natural habitats, or any form of environmental harm is strictly prohibited.

3. Health and Fitness:

   • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit for the trip. Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.

Acknowledgment of Risks

By booking a trip with detouristplanner, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel. You agree to release detouristplanner, its organizers, and tour managers from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from unforeseen circumstances.
